Do you Ship Outside of the USA?

  • At this time we are not able to ship outside the U.S.A.

How Can I Contact you?

  • Visit our Contact Us page and fill out the request form. We will respond within two business days.

What is your guarantee?

  • We do not guarantee or refund plants. Plants are subject to variable conditions, such as transportation, soil quality, watering, home environment and/or positioning in your home. If your plant arrives severely damage, dead, or does not meet your expections, we will replace it free of charge or issue a refund. 

Do you have heat packs?

  • We do have heat packs, and we will check your weather and use a heat pack at no charge during the winter if needed.

Do you have _________ Plant in stock?

  • All of the plants we have available are listed online. If you find an item not in stock please sign up for our news letter to be notified by email when new stock is available

Will my plant look like the pictures on the site?

More or less your plant will look like the picture, how ever the color of the plant may vary due to the color of your screen. Plant size and plant size may vary depending on whats in stock.

 How long will it take to receive my plants?

  •  To prevent plants from sitting in a shipping facility over the weekend, all orders are shipped weekly on Monday - Tuesday. Orders placed after Tuesday will be shipped the following week. Shipping will vary depending on your location but should take one to three business days.

Where Is Round Hill Plants Located?

  • We are located in Critz, VA and ship nationwide except Alaska and Hawaii.
